This Laser Printers give to us some advantages, like this :
1. Nice output quality, excellent networking capabilities
Pros:
All functions work as advertised.
Scanning: Love the simplicity of "scan directly to email." The email (SMTP) client supports SSL and thus works with all big email providers (gmail, office365 etc.) Once you setup email shortcuts, it takes 3 clicks to scan to email. Unlike the cx310, the cx410 series does have a duplex scanner, so you just load your 2 sided printouts on top and click go.
Printing: Very, very good quality almost approaching that of an inkjet for photos, especially if you set the color handling to manual and decrease yellow, increase cyan to get a good neutral tone. Text and graphics are tack sharp. Takes up to 47lbs paper for duplex and up to 58lbs paper for simplex.
Fax: just works. Supports both fax servers and analog fax. Can receive faxes and route them to email if desired.

Cons:
Setup is very tedious. You have to understand networking inside and out to set this up properly.

2. Easy setup; foolproof; reliable
I bought this printer to replace a cheaper and much crappier consumer-grade HP all-in-one machine. I figured that I would buy a workgroup-sized printer so I wouldn't have to change toner every month. Also, I was hoping for greater durability.

I've only had the printer for a month, but it has been flawless so far. Setup was the easiest I've ever seen. I basically plugged in the printer, connected it (via ethernet cable) to my LAN, and powered it on. Then I walked around to a few different computers in my house (all Macs), stuck the software CD in, and within a minute they were ready to print.

I highly recommend this unit for anybody looking to escape from the semi-disposable home printers being (basically) given away to sell toner cartridges. I expect to get years of reliable service from this much more durable machine.

An excellent office printer
We have had this printer for about 3 months, and we have zero complaints. Tack-sharp text and photos, easy scanning to USB thumb drive or workstation, and excellent fax. Who could ask for more? It thoroughly trounces inkjet printers in image and text quality.
