What can I say, this added 500 extra sheets to the capacity of my LaserJet. I ordered a base model of the matching printer with networking and duplexing, but not the extra tray. I realized that the extra tray would make the printer more useful. Not that the tray is added I can have both 11"x17" and 8.5"x11" paper loaded into the printer at the same time.

Works perfectly and does exactly what it is supposed to.

2. Works fine
The tray installed easily and was instantly noticed by the printer. I t was also very light notlike the printer

1. Like this wireless printer but, not easy to print labels and half sheets.
I really liked this printer and for the price it is great. The problem I had with this printer is that it was difficult to print labels and I do it often. I was hoping to have a wireless printer that I could print labels from anywhere in the house. I could not get it to print the half label sheets or identify the actual labels that I was using. When I finally got it to identify the type of paper/label, it would still not print the half sheets. I imagine it's just me and the extent of my ability; if I had spent many more hours on this issue I may have got it to work for me. Instead of spending any more time on it I moved the wireless printer to my router and just use my HP Deskjet 4400 directly with my computer and have no issues printing.

1. GREAT PRINTER - BUT ANNOYING PAPER-CURLING PROBLEM!
This is a great department printer (here at work). I'm not sure why this happens to it, but the paper curls after it comes out of the printer, requiring you to spend time curling it the other way just to straighten the paper out. I'm not sure if this necessarily happens because of the printer, but it sure is annoying. You'll often walk by the printer and see a pile of printouts in a big "U" shape, instead of just a flat pile. The second problem with this is that a U-shaped pile tricks the printer into thinking the output bay is at full capacity when it really isn't that tall of a pile.

Just wanted to get that off my chest! :) Add a comment if you have the same problem!

1. Overly complicated
It does a lot of things, but you have to push 20 buttons and navigate screens in order to copy or scan. In the office we say that we are "going to launch a rocket". Can't they put a shortcut button on this thing?

2. Canon MF 9150c
Prompt Delivery, Great Price, So Far a great printer.

Not as intuitive to set up as other printers, but once set up has worked well. Do not know consumable life/cost as yet.

1. Worst user interface ever, Dont buy
This printer prints very nicely. End of story. Trying to get the print jobs to this printer is insane. You litterly have to go into the printer setting for each and every job. If you are scanning every document requires you to tell it again what you want. I have Brothers, HP'S Lexmark and they all let you do the printing as you have come to expect. this machine has to follow its own guidelines which don't conform to a productive office. They really missed the boat on this interface.

2. Canon MF9220Cdn
I received this new, in the box printer from PCrush for my home office and was unable to put it into service for approximately 9 days as it was defective. Canon sent a technician out for a three hour repair and part replacement which got it to print but not fax or scan. They sent a second technician for a two and half hour repair with a part replacement and it still wouldn't fax or scan. I was on the telephone with Canon Technical Support thereafter and was able to resolve the fax/scan issues, though discovered that this printer is not compatible with Stamps.com and wrinkles a high quality Crane size 10 envelope along with ghosting the print. Consequently, you are unable to print just any type of envelope or have postage applied with this machine which is simply not acceptable.

This is a very complicated and sensitive machine which requires a lot of personal effort to print more than one sized documents, having to actually re-set paper sizes on the machine itself...

Grinding Noises after 2 months of Average Use
Paid almost $800 for this machine plus $200 in expedited shipping and this printer barely lasted two months. It was used on a daily basis by two people in a small office, I would hardly call this a demanding workload. As a matter of fact, the $25 printer from Walmart, purchased on the same day, is still working like a charm. The warranty is only valid for 30 days, so our small office is out a ton of money and will have to try and find a costly repair man or replace the machine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MACHINE! I got this printer after my Magicolor 2200 desklaser died after 3 years of use. I was used to a loud, light dimming, delayed experience whenever I printed the DL2200. I was looking for a hi-speed, networkable color laser printer for my home mac+pc, mixed DHCP wired/wireless network. I found the 3800n was faster and less expensive than the 3700n (both from hp). So I went with the 3800n. I was pleasantly suprized to find it was much lighter than the MAgicolor DL2200. Setup was easy. I followed the directions, turned it on, set the date/time, and plugged in the ethernet cable. Straight away, it went hunting for a network address and received one from my Linksys router/dhcp server. Then I installed the printer drivers on my winxp PCs, and it worked first try. It wasn't as easy on the Mac (G5-osx Tiger), because after running the installer, I couldnt see the printer when I tried to print from the mac. It's expensive but worth it.

Not only does it comes with all FULL catridges but it's also very fast, has JetDirect built in, as well as direct PostScript and PDF printing.

1. Solid performer!
was interested in 7675 model that has 4 star rating over several reviews. Its scanner is 600x1200 dpi so I decided to review the 9575 with better scan capabilities and looks much more elegant that 7675. I read the two reviews on Amazon, both had 2 star ratings. Both are very well written, to the point, so I was afraid to pick this model up. However, I decided to give it a try anyway.

I have tried to address some of the points raised in the other two 2 Star reviews, hope it will help them also, or, they may be correct in their individual circumstances.

The setup was a breeze - the CD accompanying the printer asks for 30 minutes set up time, I got done somewhat short of 30 mins, most of the time going into doing external stuff ("now get paper, load it in tray" etc). Once the setup was complete, all its features worked just fine. No customer support, no rollback of software of conflicts of any kind.

Here are some notes that may help the buyers or those...

2. Not worth the price
The overall construction and setup are good including the wireless. The system is a bit louder than my HP K60 that this was suppose to replace. The photo quality is good but less than the quality of the canon PIXMA series. However, I didn't attempt to fine-tune the photo optons. The biggest problem is the software will not allow you to share or use peer-to-peer networking for this system. (confirmed by tech. support) Once I connected the other two computers on my network all the advanced options were grayed-out. ie auto-duplexing and all the photo options. Therefore I sent it back.

I bought the Lexmark x9575 after returning the Epson Workforce 600. I loved the Epson but their idea of 2-sided printing is flipping the paper and putting it back in paper tray. I own my own business and need the speed and conveneince of automatic duplex printing.

The Lexmark is difficult to set up. I'm an IT guy and configured my own network, even then I had to call and spend 30 minutes with an out-sourced support department. They couldn't figure it out. I finally realized that the WiFi on the printer will only work with WEP Key 1. My network was set to use Key 3. After making the changes on my firewall/access point it connected and began working.

If you don't use the software to set up the printer on your PC most of the advanced options (like Print Duplex) will be greyed out. Knowing what I know, and working with PCs and Printers for a living, I configured it myself and was frustrated to see the Duplex option was greyed out. Another call to tech support. He...
